This is our dream home and we are blessed to share it with you.

We were drawn to this house the moment we saw it. The architecture, the uniqueness. Insane views, along with its design and grounds – this place offers a little slice of heaven for everyone. As one of our first guests said, “The energy in this place is amazing.”

While roughly 5 minutes to the center of Breck, there is solitude up here. It is quiet. It is beautiful. But hey, need cold beer and snacks? 7-Eleven is between the house and town and its another few minutes to City Market.

It is the best of all worlds up here.

Our home offers stunning views of Breckenridge Resort and The Ten Mile Range. The unique architecture of the house takes advantage of a western view of the range with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. The first floor with vaulted ceilings offers an inviting open floor plan for families or large groups to enjoy. The second floor offers a private bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony facing the range.

This is a family house and the architecture is purposeful. Our home offers a large entertainers kitchen, wet bar, dining area and step down living room. 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoy sunrise, sunset and everything in-between on the large flag stone patio with hot tub and fire pit – wired for sound with a 14ft trampoline. Two car garage and additional storage room behind the laundry area allows space for all your mountain gear. Hiking trails are just up the hill, around the corner.

It is a slice of heaven up here and there is so much you can do in the house, on the property, in town or at any of the countless places nearby where dreams can be made.
